Recovery Connect Cleveland County is a partnership program between the Cleveland County Health Department and ICGH Treatment Centers. The program aims to assist individuals in the community with finding and accessing resources needed to achieve well-being and have a fulfilling life.

Recovery Connect Cleveland County is found within the ICGH Shelby office located at 117 W Marion St, Shelby, North Carolina 28150. Located on the corner of West Marion Street and South Trade Street, across from the Bobby Bell Pavillion.
